House rules

OUR HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning service are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests may not make reservations with KRH Immobilien within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Animals are not permitted. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.

8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.

10. Making a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damage, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
